Mindful Movement

Mindful movement enables us to tune into our body, so that we can take note when we are feeling stressed, need to rest or are feeling emotional. We can learn to stop and pause when things become difficult and choose what we do next. Mind-body-awareness training can help us to shift from reacting automatically to life’s ups and downs to responding with choice and awareness.
