There is considerable research data to show that ongoing mindfulness practice can reduce stress, improve sleep patterns, enhance health and wellbeing and restore a sense of calm, balance and ease. I will be offering one-to-one mindful movement sessions from 21st June in Tarporley. Please get in touch if you’d like more information or to book a session.
Why mindful movement?
Mindful movement involves guided, slow movement with an emphasis on body-awareness and the breath. Movement is based on easy Yoga and Pilates moves, Tai-Chi-type movement and mindful walking. We spend time noticing our habits and patterns during movement, as well as expanding our awareness to the body moving as a whole. This helps us to begin to recognise that by slowing down and bringing a pause before each movement, we can make more considered choices about what we do next. We can also do this at difficult moments in our life, allowing us to choose how we respond to challenges and helping us to take a new perspective on life’s ups and downs.
Pay-as-you-go: individual sessions and initial consultation: £75
Pay for a block of 4 sessions: taken over a 2 month period: £280

All sessions last for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Who is the session for?
