Modern Pilates Classes & 1:1 Sessions

We offer mat-based Modern-Pilates beginners classes and AT-Pilates classes, as well as one-to-one Pilates sessions and Postural Assessments.

Modern Pilates exercises are slow and controlled, developing core strength and stability, natural balanced alignment and flexibility for everyday activities.

The AT-Pilates classes combine the principles of the Alexander Technique with Modern Pilates foundation/ basic level exercises, with an emphasis on the alignment of the head, neck and back and letting go of unnecessary tension in the body to restore natural movement patterns.

Exercises are done in standing, as well as lying down on the floor on your back, on your front and on your sides (on a Yoga mat). All exercises can be adapted if necessary. There will also be some balances and stretches. You can use a chair to help you balance and to help you move down to the floor if needed.

We offer mat-based Modern Pilates classes at the Cuddington and Sandiway Village Hall on Thursday mornings, starting 6 Feb 2020 and mat-based AT-Pilates classes at The Studio in Tattenhall, near Chester on a Tuesday morning starting Tuesday 11 Feb 2020.

One-to-one lessons & Postural Assessments

One-to-one Pilates lessons and postural assessments are available in Bostock, Middlewich, Cheshire. The initial session including a postural assessment lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes. All other sessions last for 1 hour.

Initial session: £60 (including a postural assessment)
Pay-as-you-go: £50
Block of 4 sessions: £180 paid by on-line banking before the sessions begin (to be used within 2 months of payment)

Modern Pilates Classes (Beginners class)

Venue: Cuddington and Sandiway Village Hall
Dates: Feb 13, 20, 27, March 5 
Time: 11.15-12.15

Pay-as-you-go: £11 (Cash only)

Pay online for a block based on your availability: £10 per session e.g. £20 to attend two classes, please include dates when you book

Block of 4 sessions: £36 paid by on-line banking prior to the first class

AT-Pilates (Beginners class)

Venue: The Studio, Tattenhall

Dates: March 3 (CLASS NOW FULL), March 10, 24, 31

NO CLASS ON 17 March

Times:

11.30am -12.30pm ( 3 March- FULL, Places available for the 3 week block: March 10, 24 and 31, costing £21)

12.45pm -1.45 pm (3 March- Spaces available- some places at no cost)

Cost: 4 sessions: £28, 3 sessions: £21
