Modern Pilates Classes are offered at the Cuddington and Sandiway Village Hall and at The Studio in Tattenhall to help you improve your posture, strength, balance and flexibility. This approach to Pilates is accessible for all. It was developed with physiotherapists, combining the foundation work of Joseph Pilates with recent research and is applicable to daily life.
Wendy Broad (PhD, PGCert, MSTAT) is the founder of Mind-Body-Awareness. She is a STAT qualified teacher of the Alexander Technique and mindfulness teacher with a Postgraduate Certificate in Mindfulness-based approaches from Bangor University. Wendy will be offering Modern Pilates classes from February 2020. Wendy has been practising mind-body awareness techniques on a daily basis for 20 years. She is also a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) accredited practitioner with specialist training skills in stress management and building resilience in the workplace.
