Wendy has over 20 years experience in body-awareness approaches, including Pilates, the Alexander Technique and Mindfulness. She is currently offering Clinical (Modern) Pilates classes via Zoom to improve posture, core stability and flexibility… and help us to feel a bit happier and healthier in these strange times!
Wendy Broad (BSc (Hons), PhD, MSTAT) is the founder of Mind-Body-Awareness. She has YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates and a YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Exercise for older adults. Wendy is also STAT qualified to teach the Alexander Technique and is a member of the CNHC. Wendy gained her Postgraduate Certificate in Mindfulness-based approaches from Bangor University and has been practising mind-body awareness techniques on a daily basis for more than 20 years.
Mind-Body-Awareness supports people across the whole of the Northwest. Lessons and courses are in easy reach of Tattenhall, Chester, Tarporley, Nantwich, Malpas, Whitchurch, Farndon, Holt, Kelsall, Delamere, Crewe, Wrexham.
