Based in Cheshire, Mind-Body-Awareness will be offering Modern Pilates, Alexander Technique, and Mindfulness lessons to individuals, groups and organisations once the pandemic has passed.
Mind-Body-Awareness offers online 1:1 mindfulness practice sessions with Wendy Broad (PGCert) in Cheshire. Please get in touch for more information. Mindfulness training can help you to manage life’s ups and downs to reduce stress, improve sleep and restore balance in daily life.
Alexander Technique lessons will be available on a 1:1 basis with Wendy Broad (MSTAT) in Tattenhall, Cheshire, once the pandemic has passed. Please get in touch if you’d like to learn new ways to rebalance your posture, reduce pain and strain and use your body more effectively in everyday activities.

Wendy Broad (PhD, PGCert, MSTAT) is the founder of Mind-Body-Awareness. She is a STAT qualified teacher of the Alexander Technique and mindfulness teacher with a Postgraduate Certificate in Mindfulness-based approaches from Bangor University. Wendy will be offering Modern Pilates classes from February 2020. Wendy has been practising mind-body awareness techniques on a daily basis for 20 years. She is also a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) accredited practitioner with specialist training skills in stress management and building resilience in the workplace.
Mind-Body-Awareness supports people across the whole of the Northwest. Lessons and courses are in easy reach of Tattenhall, Chester, Tarporley, Nantwich, Malpas, Whitchurch, Farndon, Holt, Kelsall, Delamere, Crewe, Wrexham and Frodsham.
One-to-one Pilates and Alexander Technique lessons are held in Tattenhall.
Mindfulness-based courses are offered to organisations across the North West and on a one-to-one basis online.
