Mind-Body-Awareness offers online one-to-one mindfulness practice sessions with Dr Wendy Broad (PGCert) in Cheshire, as well as online mindfulness-based group sessions on Mondays from 4-5pm. Alexander Technique lessons are offered on a 1:1 basis with Wendy Broad (PhD, MSTAT) in Middlewich, Cheshire. Alexander Technique courses are held at Sir John Deane’s College, Northwich. Modern Pilates

Modern Pilates Classes will continue at the Cuddington and Sandiway Village Hall and at The Studio in Tattenhall once it is safe to do so. Wendy Broad (PhD, PGCert, MSTAT) is the founder of Mind-Body-Awareness. She is a STAT qualified teacher of the Alexander Technique and mindfulness teacher with a Postgraduate Certificate in Mindfulness-based approaches from Bangor University. Wendy will be offering Modern Pilates classes from February 2020. Wendy has been practising mind-body awareness techniques on a daily basis for 20 years. She is also a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) accredited practitioner with specialist training skills in stress management and building resilience in the workplace.




Mind-Body-Awareness supports people across the whole of the Northwest. Lessons and courses are in easy reach of Middlewich, Whitegate, Northwich, Davenham, Kingsmead, Weaverham, Norley, Acton Bridge, Holmes Chapel, Knutsford, Nantwich, Sandbach, Crewe, Runcorn, Tarporley, Chester, Altrincham, Hale, Warrington and Stoke-on-Trent.

Modern Pilates classes are offered in Cuddington, Sandiway and Tattenhall, Cheshire.

Mindfulness-based courses are offered to organisations across the North West and on a one-to-one basis in Middlewich, Cheshire

Alexander Technique courses are provided at Sir John Deane’s College, Northwich and one-to-one Alexander Technique lessons in Middlewich.
