Welcome to Mind-Body-Awareness Pilates and Alexander Technique in Chester and Cheshire

Wendy has over 20 years experience teaching mind-body-awareness approaches, including Pilates, the Alexander Technique and Mindfulness-based approaches. She is passionate about helping people learn ways to use their body and mind to minimise stress and strain, to keep flexible and stay mobile for as long as possible.

Pilates classes start in Tattenhall, Cheshire from 20 July 2021 to help improve core stability, posture, balance and coordination. ABOUT WENDY

Wendy Broad (BSc (Hons), PhD, MSTAT) is the founder of Mind-Body-Awareness. She has YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates and a YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Exercise for older adults. Wendy is also STAT qualified to teach the Alexander Technique and is a teaching member of STAT. Wendy gained her Postgraduate Certificate in Mindfulness-based approaches from Bangor University and has been practising mind-body awareness techniques on a daily basis for more than 20 years.
