FREE Modern Pilates Taster Classes are offered in Tattenhall to help you improve your posture, strength, balance and flexibility. This gentle approach to Pilates was developed by physiotherapists, combining the foundation work of Joseph Pilates with recent research and is applicable to daily life. SPACES ALL FULL. Wendy Broad (PhD, PGCert, MSTAT) is the founder of Mind-Body-Awareness. She is a STAT qualified teacher of the Alexander Technique and mindfulness teacher with a Postgraduate Certificate in Mindfulness-based approaches from Bangor University. Wendy will be offering Modern Pilates classes from February 2020. Wendy has been practising mind-body awareness techniques on a daily basis for 20 years. She is also a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) accredited practitioner with specialist training skills in stress management and building resilience in the workplace.
