Wendy is offering one-to-one mindfulness courses and coaching sessions for a special price of £40 per session for individuals and £60 for a shared session for 2-4 people (payment can be made on a weekly basis). Sessions last 1 hour 15 minutes. You can follow a secular mindfulness course or Wendy can design a course to meet your needs.
