Living Well- Mind body awareness for health and Wellbeing Course

This 2 part course on Saturday 26 Jan 2019 and Saturday 9 Feb 2019  from 9.45am -3.45pm integrates mindfulness-based approaches with the Alexander Technique to help you to learn to new skills to live with greater balance and ease.
