iii) Release unhelpful tension and breathe well
In this session, we explore new ways to look after our body to reduce tension, strain and pain.
iv) Help you take better care of our body
This session includes easy stretching, slow Tai Chi-style movement, gentle movement with awareness while sitting and lying down, as well as mindful walking.
v) Give yourself time to rest and recharge
In this session, we explore activities for self-care to support our health and wellbeing.
